Knowingly circumventing a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any winnings generated during the exclusion period.
21+ Requirement is Strictly Enforced. phwim uses automated age verification tools and manual document review as part of its KYC process. Accounts suspected of being used by persons under 21 years of age will be frozen immediately pending verification.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwim login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. phwim will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify phwim immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. phwim will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification, but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds transferred or wagered prior to the notification.
3.3 Account Inactivity. A phwim Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated as dormant. phwim will provide notice to the Player's registered email or mobile number prior to applying any dormancy-related administrative fees, and no fee will reduce the balance below zero. Players may reactivate dormant Accounts by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.
3.4 Account Currency. The primary currency of phwim Accounts is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP-equivalent values at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. phwim does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and accepts no liability for gains or losses arising from cryptocurrency value fluctuations between deposit, play, and withdrawal.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. Players may request the closure of their phwim Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their preferred withdrawal method following successful KYC verification. Bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds through completion of applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. phwim is obligated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to monitor transactions for signs of money laundering or financial fraud. phwim reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal that triggers its AML monitoring systems, and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities without prior notice to the Player.
5.1 Game Rules. 5.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors. phwim reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, data feed error, software fault, or obvious pricing error. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's phwim Wallet. phwim will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a voided bet.
5.4 RNG Certification. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwim platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

10.3 Cap on Liability. 10.4 Indemnification. 12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of a phwim Account: (a) your right to access the platform ceases immediately; (b) any Bonus Funds and associated pending requirements are forfeited; (c) phwim will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account via standard withdrawal channels, subject to completion of any required KYC verification and satisfaction of outstanding wagering obligations.
12.3 Survival. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Privacy), and 13 (Governing Law) — shall continue to apply after Account termination.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the competent courts of the Philippines.
